We had a great time at our Gourmet Coffee Tasting event at the end of January. The tickets sold out so fast I didn't even have time to post it on the blog!
We invited Owen Carver of Café do Paraíso into the studio to discuss the perfect cup of coffee. He explained the entire process of how he acquires the best beans, the different styles of roast, and how to make sure you brew it properly to get the best taste in your own home.
